Nicknamed the Media Capital of the World, Burbank is well known for being home to many production studios, IKEA, and Krispy Kreme, duh.
The town grew quickly and weathered drought and depression that hit Los Angeles in the 1890s. Eventually, Burbank had a thriving business district with a hardware store, livery stable, general stores, and a bicycle repair shop.
Burbank became the first independent city in the San Fernando Valley. The first city seal adopted by Burbank featured a CANTALOUPE which was a crop that helped save the town's life when the land boom collapsed.
This scent is made up of sweet cantaloupe and cactus.
